Nedim Karagöz was born in 1972 in Kadıköy. After finishing secondary school he entered commerce, and in 1997 he stepped into the transport sector with a single vehicle and a single contract. The discipline of those early years — and an unwavering commitment to every promise made — gradually transformed a small haulage business into a multi-sector holding. In tourism transport, car rental, commercial taxi and used-automotive, the same principle applied: deliver what is promised, on time, without exception. Today Karagözler A.Ş. operates across four independent business lines with more than 50 employees. Through all of this growth, Nedim Karagöz has remained in the field as chairman, working shoulder to shoulder with his teams.
Interstellar Travel Agency founded · Kadıköy
Nedim Karagöz founded Interstellar Travel Agency with a single vehicle and began transport operations.
First depot and fleet expansion
The first depot opened in Kadıköy; the fleet grew to 12 vehicles as regional haulage began.
Istanbul Grand Shuttle subsidiary
VIP transfer services launched through Istanbul Grand Shuttle, a subsidiary of Interstellar Travel Agency.
Commercial taxi operations launched
The Karagözler Taksi business unit was established; it now operates 13 commercial taxis.
KG Otomotiv opened
KG Otomotiv, the used-vehicle sales and appraisal platform, opened.
Holding structure
The business lines were restructured under the Karagözler A.Ş. holding umbrella.
Kadıköy HQ building inaugurated
The new headquarters in Merdivenköy brought the management of all business lines under one roof.
