In 1997 we started with one vehicle.
Nedim Karagöz set out from Kadıköy in 1997 with a small transport firm. Since then, Karagözler has grown into a holding operating across four independent business lines — with more than 50 employees serving clients across tourism transport, car rental, commercial taxi and used-automotive. We grew; what we never lost is the discipline of that first year, when a handshake was still half the contract.
Each business line runs in its own discipline.
Karagözler's strength lies not in central bureaucracy but in the autonomy given to business-line leaders. Each company operates with its own accounts, its own team, and its own operational culture. The holding carries shared values, financial discipline, and corporate identity — not operations.
